What do I get?
Included in your monthly subscription you will receive:
- Four units (one each week) focused on a particular theme.
- A video explaining the purpose of the theme.
- A new MP3 audio that should be listened to each day.
- A quiz for you to complete each week and which will enable you to monitor your progress
The first month’s program is entitled, ‘The Comfort of Being Fully Present’ which is the foundation of well-being. In this, I will guide you on how to feel truly safe and present in each moment of your precious life and how to stop anxiety building in the moment.
Towards the end of each month I will announce what the theme of the next month is. This I choose based on my extensive experience of working on a one-to-one basis with my clients and listening to their concerns. A lot of these issues are universal and I often see patterns emerging.
Sustaining Positivity is carefully crafted each month to build on the work that has been already done in the previous month. Your mental health is a beautiful garden – each month we plant some new flowers and pull out some old weeds. This way you continue to grow and to reach your full potential.
