In order to to help more people and due to exceptional demand for my clinic (which is often booked out for months), I am holding a self-care hypnotherapy event in Dublin. At this highly practical hypnotherapy workshop based on Fiona’s best selling book and online programme, ‘The Positive Habit’ you will:
- Learn to make self-care a daily habit
- Transform negative thoughts into positive emotions
- Self-Generate the super positive emotions of love, calmness, confidence, gratitude, hope, and happiness

This is a two-and-a-half hour self-care workshop with practical mindset exercises, hypnotherapy sessions and the opportunity to ask questions and receive personal feedback. Cultivate the six super-positive emotions that will help you to wake up happy!

A: As this talk is scheduled for a Saturday morning, it is designed not to put pressure on your already busy schedule but to help you at an optimal time when your mind is open and refreshed.
